good mid range rod

This rod has a lot more give to it than it seems. I bought the 7'1 MH and it has not failed me. When I first purchased this rod I thought it was too stout, and would have to be very careful when fighting a fish, but after catching multiple fish on this rod, I found out it fights fish very well. Only complaint I have (and I am realizing I have this complaint with all the favorite rods I own) but I feel like the reel seat is not very secure. Reels I had on were a Daiwa Exceler 2500 and a Daiwa Laguna 2000.

Want another one.

I follow Brian Latimer on YouTube. I was getting into drop shotting. The rod I had was just ok. After hearing Brian’s take on it I wanted to try one. This was my first Favorite rod. I couldn’t be happier with it and am sure will be picking up others.

Crazy good rod

This rod performs nicely with multiple species. I’ve caught Lg and Sm Bass, pike, walleye. The sensitivity is crazy high detection from both shore and boat fishing.
