One of the toughest reels on the market Ol’ Salty was designed for saltwater fishing and pulling those big fish out of the water. The 8 + 1 bearing system makes it a smooth retrieval when there is a fish on the line. The skeletal rotor design and cut-out spool reduces the weight without sacrificing strength and durability. The stainless-steel main shaft gives this reel the power to get the fish in.

Main Gear Cracked

I had reel for almost 3 years and main gear stripped and cracked. Company wont even sell me parts so that I could fix it. Stick with reputable companies with reels that have parts you can buy.

Hands down best company i have dealt with great quality and great people. Will always be a Favorite fishing consumer.

Had a slight issue with my OL'Salty, they replaced it with no issues. Reel works great, have pulled in several reef donkeys with no problems.
