Broken Rod after 2 uses

I received this rod/reel combo for Shay Bird as a present back in March. I have used this pole a total of 3 times and only have caught a small catfish and small Bluegill the other time. However, the pole completely snapped out of no where towards the tip of the rod. It didn’t even have anything on it when it broke. I was just reeling in my line and the tip just broke. Super disappointed, given the price and usage. Not worth the money.

This rod and this company is so great I received my shay bird fishing rod broken in half and calling customer service they were able to make it right and send me a brand new rod, as long as I sent them the broken rod at no cost to me and even with shipping they are good to their word makes me want to buy a baitcasting reel for the shay bird fishing rod and I think I will. I will promote their fishing rods and back them up 100% with excellent customer service and support 👏 👍 😀
