I own 3 whitebird rods in different lengths and actions, and have had them for years as well as a couple defender rods and 1 absolute. I really like them all.

Favorite Doesn't Get Rod Powers

Got this rod in the 7'2 Heavy version and it more acts like a 7'2 medium light. This rod has a ton of parabolic action! Planned to use it for smaller swimbaits and 1/2oz to 1oz Texas rigs but it has to much of a parabolic action. Found out tho that it makes a decent chatterbait rod with all that parabolic action. Pair this up with braid and chuck chatters and it comes out of the grass like floro or mono does because the rod is so bendy.

I have the white bird in the 7'4 medium heavy. Good light crankbait rod.
